Versiq is committed to protecting your personal data. This policy describes the processing carried out on the site versiq.io and the associated conversational agent, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act.
Data controller

Data collected
We collect: (1) data you provide via the contact form or the conversational agent (name, email, message, professional profile); (2) anonymous technical usage data via Plausible Analytics (page viewed, country, device type) — without cookies or personal identifiers; (3) server logs (IP address, timestamp) for security and abuse prevention, retained for 30 days.
Purposes and legal bases
Your data is processed to: respond to your requests (performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures, art. 6.1.b GDPR), improve the service and measure audience (legitimate interest, art. 6.1.f GDPR), comply with legal and tax obligations (art. 6.1.c GDPR).
Recipients
Your data is accessible to authorized Versiq staff and to our technical subprocessors (host Hetzner in Germany, LLM provider depending on the model used). No data is sold to third parties. Any transfers outside the EU are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Retention
Contact requests: 3 years from last contact. Technical logs: 30 days. Plausible analytics: aggregated and anonymous, no individual retention. Prospect data: until you request deletion.
Cookies and trackers
The site versiq.io does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Audience measurement uses Plausible Analytics, which is GDPR-compliant and exempt from consent according to the French CNIL (no cookies, no cross-referencing). Strictly necessary cookies may be set to remember your preferences (theme, language).
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability over your data. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacy@versiq.io. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or your local supervisory authority.
Security
Versiq implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data: TLS encryption, access control, EU hosting, access logging.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in the service or regulations. The last-updated date is shown at the top of the page.
