These terms of use govern access to and use of the site versiq.io and the demonstration of the Versiq conversational agent. Use of the service implies full acceptance of these terms.
Purpose
These terms define the conditions of access to and use of the site versiq.io and its demonstrations. The commercial terms applicable to subscribing customers will be set out in separate Terms of Sale.
Service access
The site is accessible free of charge to any user with internet access. All access costs (hardware, connectivity) are borne by the user. The publisher may suspend access for maintenance or in case of force majeure.
User accounts
Some features (admin portal, extended demos) require the creation of an account. The user agrees to provide accurate information and to keep their credentials confidential. Any use of the account is deemed to be carried out by its holder.
Acceptable use
The user agrees not to: engage in fraudulent, abusive or unlawful use; attempt to bypass technical limitations; perform massive data extraction; inject prompts intended to divert the conversational agent from its intended use. Versiq reserves the right to suspend any account in case of violation.
Intellectual property
All elements of the site and service (software, content, trademarks) are the exclusive property of the publisher or its partners. The user is granted a personal and non-transferable right of use, limited to the purpose of the service.

Personal data processing is governed by our privacy policy, accessible from the footer.
Liability
Versiq makes its best efforts to ensure the availability and reliability of the service, without subscribing to an obligation of result. The publisher cannot be held liable for indirect damages, nor for the consequences of the user's use of information provided by the conversational agent — such information constitutes a decision support and does not replace professional advice.
Changes
The publisher reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. The version in force is the one accessible on the site. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or enforcement falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
